Project Maintenance

The purpose of our support and maintenance services is to assure of the optimum performance and constant operation of systems and equipment. CONTROLINE S.A. provides specializes maintenance services for most installed systems, based on high quality standards and manufacturers requirements.  

  • Predictive Maintenance

The offered services cover “OnSite” predictive and scheduled maintenance of the system, as well as, “PhoneSupport” of responsible personnel. The OnSite maintenance is performed after and audit of preselected set-points of the installation on a three-month or annual basis. After the completion of each scheduled maintenance visit, our company’s engineer completes and signs a “Maintenance checklist”. The service of PhoneSupport covers the response of CONTROLINE S.A. to telephone calls related to the support of the operation of the system.

  •  Responsive Maintenance

The offered services cover “OnSite” predictive and scheduled maintenance of the system, the service of “PhoneSupport” of responsible personnel, as well as, the response with on-site presence of engineer “CalltoResponse”.  The OnSite maintenance is performed after and audit of preselected set-points of the installation on a three-month or annual basis. After the completion of each scheduled maintenance visit, our company’s engineer completes and signs a “Maintenance checklist”. The service of CalltoResponse covers the on-site visit CONTROLINE S.A. engineers. The time response ranges, according to signed maintenance contract, from 4 hours to 2 work days.

  •  Replacement Stock

The service Replacement Stock covers the immediate replacement of available equipment by CONTROLINE S.A.
