On projects targeting LEED or WELL certification, the system is designed to produce the data the documentation process requires: consumption metering per end use, indoor air quality, comfort conditions and operational history.

In systems of tens of thousands of points, naming, graphics structure and control logic are standardised per equipment type. The standard is defined at the start of the project and maintained through all expansion phases.

Systems are designed for 24×7 operation, in facilities that carry contractual availability commitments (SLA) towards customers with strict specifications and requirements.

More than twenty years in power generation plants and industrial facilities. Electrical design — panels, riser diagrams and P&ID in AutoCAD and SEE Electrical — and the HVAC control systems.

In parallel, the project is executed under the procedures that apply to industrial specifications: drawing submittals and approvals, inspection and test plan (ITP), FAT and SAT, as-built dossier and quality documentation at every stage.
