Technical personnel
Disciplines, experience and working practice.
The technical personnel includes engineers with more than twenty years in the company. Their careers span the whole evolution of building control systems, from proprietary architectures to today's open platforms, which they followed at first hand.
That body of work has produced an extensive library of applications, standards and proven solutions. It remains within the company and forms the material through which new engineers are brought into the field.
The starting disciplines are mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and automation. Two decades of the three working together on the same projects have produced collective knowledge that belongs to none of them separately.
What they have in common is a passion for control systems and automation. From this follows the problem-solving culture of the company: a problem is carried through to the end, regardless of where it originated. The disciplines do not operate as separate departments, and they work together daily.
